If you accidentally spill food or drink during your Christmas dinner and stain your carpet, don’t panic! Here’s a step-by-step guide to tackling common stains with DIY methods:

General Tips for Stain Removal:

1. Act Quickly: The sooner you address the stain, the easier it will be to remove.

2. Blot, Don’t Rub: Always blot the stain with a clean cloth or paper towel to absorb the liquid instead of rubbing, which can spread the stain or damage the fibers.

3. Test First: Test any cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area of the carpet first to ensure it won't cause discoloration or damage.
